Privacy Policy
Fixhance Digital Solutions ("Fixhance", "we") uses this website to explain our services and to receive project enquiries.
Information you send us
When you submit the enquiry form we store the details you choose to provide. That can include your name, email address, mobile number, business name, country, industry, the service you are interested in, your engagement preference, budget, timeline, website address, and project description. We also store the time you confirmed that you have read this policy, and the page or campaign the enquiry came from when that information is available.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to read your request, reply to you, prepare a quotation, and keep an internal record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information.
Who can see it
Authorised Fixhance administrators can view enquiries in a protected dashboard. Notes our team writes for internal follow-up are not published on the website and are not included in the confirmation email sent to you.
If email delivery has been configured, we send a confirmation to the address you gave us and a notification to our team. If delivery fails, the enquiry is still kept. We do not treat a saved enquiry as proof that an email arrived.
Cookies
This website uses the cookies required to run it, including a session cookie that protects forms. We do not add advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry records while we need them to respond, to carry out a project, or to meet legal and accounting duties. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing the contact address published on this website, once one has been configured.
Hosting
The site and its database are hosted with our chosen provider. Information may be processed in the countries where that hosting and our email provider operate.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page. A separate project agreement covers any paid work.
