These terms apply to your use of the Fixhance Digital Solutions website. Paid design, development, and support work is governed by the quotation or agreement for that work.

The website

The pages on this site describe how Fixhance can help. They are an invitation to enquire. They are not a quotation, a guarantee of results, or an offer of unlimited work.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form asks us to review your request. It does not create a contract and it does not reserve a start date. We will only promise a response time if a written service agreement says so.

Projects

Scope, price, timeline, ownership, source-code delivery, third-party licences, hosting, and support are set out in the project agreement. Build & Handover and Build & Manage are different arrangements. Work that sits outside the agreed scope, including major features, redesigns, and complex integrations, may need a separate quotation.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send us and for having the right to use text, images, and brands you ask us to publish.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the enquiry form, attempt to access the administration area without permission, or interfere with the website.

Liability

The website is provided in good faith. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make solely from these pages. Nothing on this site excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

International clients

We work with businesses in more than one country. The project agreement will name the commercial terms that apply to that work.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page.
